There is an exciting opportunity to become Partnerships and Purchasing Specialist and join our team in Riga.

PARTNERSHIPS AND PURCHASING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily communication with existing and potential partners to ensure their satisfaction
  • Provide daily support to the management team and maintain a high standard administrative task performance
  • Analyse data of partner performance, identify growth opportunities, product tool implementation and performance increase….
  • Perform market research to define areas of growth and new potential partners
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and close deals with prospective partners
  • Organise and coordinate marketing activities with partners
  • Communicate and update teams on new partnerships and/or updates from existing partners 
  • Demonstrate proactivity by identifying opportunities to improve processes and overall efficiency
  • Understand and share goals and values to enhance company’s performance and brand representation
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, provide feedback and information on markets and creative trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Business Management / Economics preferable
  • Experience in managing partner relationships, identifying areas of potential growth and leading commercial negotiations, excellent closing deal skills
  • At least 2+ years of Customer related experience/ Business Development/ Sales Management / Partnership Management/ Procurement experience. Online Gaming experience is an advantage
  • Excellent command English and Russian languages, both spoken and written. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage

  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and persistent personality
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Target-oriented and self-organised person, ability to learn fast, creative mindset, stress resistance
