Tales of Asgard: Freya’s Wedding tells the story of the Ice King of Jotunheim who has stolen Mjölnir. To return it, the king demands to marry Freya. You trigger the free spins feature if three scatters appear on reels one, three, and five. A stacked wild in the shape of Thor might appear on the fifth reel. If it does, every free spin will make it move to the left until it falls off the reels. Then, we can see the reels mischievously spin behind Thor, representing the characters from the narrative in this epic battle. Previous Norse-inspired titles have featured more serious topics, like Odin leaving Asgard in order to protect it or Loki trying to steal the throne. Yet, this uncovers a more humorous side to the notable godly family. You’ll notice the changes in the artwork as well. You’ll even see Thrym walk across the reels throwing confetti as a flower girl! Play’n GO’s head of games, Charlotte Miliziano, said that any game of this sort that includes Loki and Thor would guarantee mischief. She added that previous games had focused more on battles, but this one puts family dynamics front and centre. She commented that players would love seeing Thor in a wedding dress as it certainly contributes to a fun gaming experience.
