A week after releasing a Christmas version of its top-performing candy-inspired video slot, Sugar Rush Xmas, Pragmatic Play returns with another sugary delight — Candy Jar Clusters. This candylicious adventure might look like a re-skin of some of the PP's previous releases, but it is an entirely new game.
Set in a candyland that abounds with lollies, doughnuts, and sprinkles, Candy Jar Clusters boasts a 7x7 grid with a cluster pay mechanic, meaning you must form clusters of at least 6 matching symbols to create a win. Additionally, the game features a tumble mechanic, whereby winning symbols disappear from the grid, letting the remaining ones fall to the bottom of the screen, leaving room for new ones. There might not be an abundance of features, but that doesn’t take the thrill away. Aside from the standard fruity symbols and sweets in various shapes and forms, the game also has a wild icon and bonus candies.

Once you spin the reels, you’ll notice three jars on the right. These are bonus candies — each jar collects different sweets and awards extra bonuses. Pragmatic Play also implemented random multipliers that appear each time your spin results in a win, boosting it 2x to 100x. However, the star of the show is the random free spins feature, which activates three bonus rounds — Wild, Jackpot, and Retrigger. Aside from awarding free spins and random multipliers, all three can come into play simultaneously. In her statement, Pragmatic Play’s COO Irina Cornides described Candy Jar Clusters as a delightful addition to their repertoire of sweet-themed slots. The game allows players to win 10x, 200x, and 10,000x prizes accompanied by random multipliers and free spins. Pragmatic Play is no stranger to candy themes, and some of its slots depicting this motif, such as Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush, have seen massive success. The developer has several more video slots in this genre under its belt, including Sugar Supreme Powernudge™, Candy Blitz™, Sweet Powernudge™, Candy Stars, and Sweet Bonanza® Xmas. When it comes to new releases, Candy Jar Clusters is the studio’s last slot game for this year, and the beginning of January brings two more exciting titles — Blade & Fangs and The Big Dawgs.
