The iGaming industry leader made a €5,000 donation to the Women for Women Foundation as the entire world celebrates International Women’s Day. Events worldwide are taking place to celebrate this day, and Pragmatic Play is a huge part of one. The Women for Women Foundation hosts a 10-hour celebratory virtual event filled with various topics ranging from the history of feminism in Malta to women in sport. For this occasion, Pragmatic Play will be a Platinum Sponsor. The foundation started small, but it is now a prominent name that counts more than 40,000 members based all over the world. Women for Women also manages the Women Social Fun, an organisation supporting and helping women and their families through difficult and challenging times.

To remind you, Pragmatic Play’s previous donation of €30,000 was directed to three organisations throughout the island. St. Jeanne Antide Foundation, Good Shepherd Sisters, and the Malta Hospice Movement received €10,000 each in December 2020. These actions only further reinforce the company’s involvement and commitment to supporting its local community. Pragmatic Play’s CEO, Julian Jaris, released a statement saying that International Women’s Day is one of the vital celebrations on the calendar and that he is extremely proud of the entire company for being a part of a great programme like this one. He further said the Women for Women Foundation is an amazing organisation that helps thousands of people worldwide and that it’s an honour to assist them with the donation.
