Evolution’s Mega Ball Debuts in British Columbia

Evolution, a leading provider of high-quality live casino games, has got another opportunity to expand and exhibit its products in Canada. The developer has announced the launching of Mega Ball, one of the most exciting live game shows in its portfolio, through its long-lasting associate — the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC).
Thanks to this agreement, the BCLC has officially become the first Evolution client in the North American market to begin offering Mega Ball. This fast-paced game show equipped with numerous exciting features will be live-streamed from Evolution’s studio in Metro Vancouver. Players can access it via PlayNow.com, the BCLC’s largest licensed online gambling site in Canada. Although Mega Ball is a fantastic addition to the BCLC’s vast content portfolio, Canadian players have already had a chance to explore some of the other innovative Evolution releases, such as Dream Wheeler. In 2018, the BCLC was the first to broadcast live casino games streamed from Evolution's newly-constructed Vancouver studio. Thus, launching Mega Ball is a natural extension of their successful collaboration.
Evolution’s Mega Ball Debuts in British Columbia
Since its debut in 2020, Mega Ball has won the hearts of numerous players in all corners of the world. In this immersive lottery-style game, players buy cards with a grid of randomly generated numbers. The live game presenter then draws numbers, and players hope to cover as many lines as possible. As more lines are covered, payouts increase, and winners can multiply their winnings from 5x to 100x at the end of each drawing. According to Evolution’s chief commercial officer for North America, Jeff Millar, adding Mega Ball to its diverse portfolio is another milestone in the developer's long-term cooperation with the BCLC. Millar has added that Mega Ball fits North American lotteries like a glove and that the company is excited to include it in the BCLC portfolio. He has concluded that Evolution can’t wait to see what the future holds for both parties. The BCLC’s chief operating officer, Dan Beebe, has stated in his interview that Mega Ball will immediately impact PlayNow.com players thanks to its interactive features and captivating mechanics. He has noted that PlayNow.com is proud to be able to offer players yet another layer of excitement with Mega Ball as Evolution strives to consistently provide genuine and entertaining online gambling experiences to their audience. It’s worth mentioning that Evolution also successfully cooperates with other Canadian provinces. In 2021, the developer joined forces with Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) and granted Canadian players access to its game library via AGLC’s PlayAlberta Casino. Additionally, Evolution obtained a license from iGaming Ontario in April 2022.
