Although the awards ceremony couldn’t be held live this year, Evolution still triumphed at the Global Gaming Awards. YouTube streamed the ceremony live from London on Monday, June 28. Evolution received the Best Online Casino Supplier award, while its brands Red Tiger and NetEnt won the top product awards.
What makes this honour even more satisfying is the fact that Evolution received the Online Casino Supplier of the Year award for the third time in a row. To win the title, Evolution beat nine other companies. This award is given to the most powerful and innovative casino suppliers over the previous 12 months.

In addition, Evolution’s brands shone in terms of individual products. NetEnt’s Divine Fortune™ Megaways™slot game won the Product Launch of the Year award, while Red Tiger’s Gonzo’s Quest™ Megaways™ took home the Casino Product of the Year. As you can tell, the Megaways™ mechanic probably had something to do with this, as it has once again proved how exciting and innovative it is.

The Director of Product at Evolution, Fredrik Bjurle, accepted the awards on behalf of Evolution, Red Tiger, and NetEnt. Bjurle expressed his excitement about the company receiving three awards, especially the Online Casino Supplier of the Year award, after being in the business for more than 15 years.

He continued to talk about the two brands that are now a part of Evolution and their impact on the company, noting that Evolution Group is now a powerhouse in the industry, especially in the slots, RNG table games, and live casino sectors. Bjurle also talked about Gonzo, a famous slots character, and his role in the ever-expanding portfolio — from slots to live games.
