SoftGamings Is Taking Steps to Prevent the Spread of Coronavirus

Mar 19, 2020 Artyom Ustinov
We are witnessing an unprecedented state of emergency all over the world caused by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) which has already taken an enormous toll on both human lives and the economy.

Over the past couple of weeks, we have been working ceaselessly to ensure the well-being of our employees and their families and to secure our continued support for your business and its growth.

Therefore, we would like to use this opportunity to inform you about the specific steps we have taken to minimise the effects of COVID-19 on the work we are doing.

Firstly, following the advice from the World Health Organisation and the local authorities, we have restructured our work and initiated work-from-home policies to do our part in preventing the further spread of coronavirus.

In areas where the local authorities still allow office work, we have taken additional steps to maintain social distancing and employed the prescribed safety measures to ensure our staff members feel comfortable and safe.

Consequently, we have moved parts of our business endeavours to the digital sphere and online platforms. These platforms have already been tested to prove they can maintain the stability, productivity, and security of our work.

We assure you that our remote-working system is capable of handling all your requests and is even equipped with round-the-clock customer service, should you need further clarification and assistance.

COVID-19

Also, additional communication channels have been put to work in these challenging times. Our teams and colleagues have the latest video conference technology at their disposal to continue with client meetings and communication with suppliers as all our business trips have been cancelled until further notice.

With these measures in effect, our daily business actions will continue as usual and will hopefully minimise the impact of the pandemic on your business, all the while providing you with our uninterrupted services.

We want you to know that we are going to be alert to coronavirus developments so that we can take further safety measures we have prepared if need be.

This is a time of great ordeal and a time where solidarity and mutual consideration should be at the very centre of our actions. Hence, our team stands by to answer all your queries and help you with whatever you need to ensure your business runs smoothly.

We wish you all to stay healthy and safe in these trying times.

Kind regards,
SoftGamings Team
